Kaori

Kaori known as “K Bunny” in dance community is bi-coastal dancer from NYC . She was born in Japan and moved to NY to pursue further in entertainment. While she was in college, she had extensive training in prestigious Broadway Dance Center. Right before graduating, she had opportunity to perform in front of thousands of audiences in New Year’s Eve concert in Hammerstein Ballroom and Reggae Cali Fest in Brooklyn.

Since then her passion for dance has never stopped from what she loves to do. She has worked with many artists including Neyo, John Legend, Wiz Khalifa, Lil Mama, Thalia, Hudson Mohawke, A Tribe Called Quest, Beniton, Ayo jay, Jewelz Santana, Talib Kweli, Don Omar, Chino Y Nacho, Ravon, Fonda Rae, Driicky Graham, DJ Young Chow (Hot 97 Caribbean DJ), Fally Ipupa (Afrobeats sensation and Congo’s superstar), Charlie Murphy (Comedian & Eddie Murphy’s Brother) and Tanay Jackson (R&B singer & Daughter of Tito Jackson from Jackson 5). Her performance credits include Azealia Banks presents Marmaid Ball with Maluca, Party FM live concert with Amber Rose Marie, Foxwood Casino Thanksgiving concert with Chinese well-known singers, touring with pop singer, Jim Linehan, Carnival Choreographers Ball, Sybarite showcase, World of Dance and many more.

With huge respect for cultural dances she is not only trained in commercial dance but trained in various cultural dances including African, Afrobeats, Dancehall Reggae, Afro Caribbean, Soca, Brazilian Funk, Belly Dancing and Latin Jazz. She currently guest teaches children and preteen Hip Hop dance classes in NYC and performs for various projects from backup dancing, music videos, night club parties, private events to weddings. Kaori also enjoys traveling and currently works weekly both in NYC and Atlantic City area.
